The Safe Travels certification seal was created to allow travelers to recognize destinations and companies around the world, in compliance with the regulations issued by international organizations such as the FDA, CDC, WHO and authorities, which have adopted global standards and protocols. In health and hygiene.
Our hygiene safety practices are based on 4 main pillars:
- Disinfection and ozonation processes of all our areas and necessary equipment to carry out the tours.
- Social distancing between collaborators and visitors.
- Low density service, our groups are small and private within the more than 100 hectares of Natural Reserve.
- Quality processes in the handling of food and beverages.
We implement all these new practices from before your arrival at our Natural Reserve, throughout the tour, and until the end of your stay with us.
